Child Safety Standards

Last updated:

The "INDUSTREET 職達街:產業人脈社群" app on Google Play and the App Store, together with industreet.tw ("INDUSTREET"), is operated by 職達街網路科技有限公司 (Industreet Co., Ltd.). INDUSTREET has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). These standards apply to every account, business card, post, comment, forum thread, private message, image, video and link on INDUSTREET, including job listings, courses, coupons and promoted posts published by company accounts.

Zero tolerance for CSAE

01 Our commitment

INDUSTREET is a professional networking community and job platform for users aged 18 and over. We do not allow anyone to use INDUSTREET to harm, exploit or sexualize children or minors (anyone under 18).

Accounts that violate these standards, including company accounts, are permanently banned, the content is removed, and we report it to law enforcement and the competent authorities as required by law.

02 Prohibited content and behavior

The following is prohibited on INDUSTREET in any form — text, images, video, links or otherwise — whether real, drawn, synthetic or AI-generated:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM): any content that depicts, describes or promotes sexual activity, sexual body parts or sexual suggestiveness involving a minor.
  • Sexualization of minors: sexual comments, descriptions or depictions of minors, including role-play and "looks underage" scenarios.
  • Grooming: building a relationship or trust with a minor for sexual purposes, or asking a minor to talk privately or move to another platform.
  • Soliciting or trading: requesting, offering, selling or exchanging sexual images of minors, or sharing ways to obtain them.
  • Sextortion: threatening or blackmailing anyone with sexual images or private information of a minor.
  • Recruitment disguised as work: luring, recruiting or brokering minors into commercial sex, obscene or sexual work under the guise of part-time jobs, high-paying work, modeling, auditions, live streaming or hostess work.
  • Child sex trafficking: recruiting, facilitating or advertising any commercial sexual activity involving a minor.
  • Underage users: INDUSTREET is for users 18+. Misrepresenting age or creating an account for a minor also violates these standards.

These rules also apply to job listings, courses, coupons and promoted posts published by company accounts.

03 How to report in the app

You can report to us without leaving the app. The person you report will not know who reported them.

  1. 1Tap "⋯"

On a post, comment or forum thread, tap "⋯". On a business card or in a chat, tap "⋯" in the top-right corner.

  2. 2Choose child safety

Tap "Report", choose "Involves a minor (Child safety)", then the option that fits best.

  3. 3Submit

Tap "Submit report". The reported content is attached automatically — no screenshots needed. You can also add the person to your blacklist.

  4. 4No specific person or post?

Go to ≡ Menu › Settings & privacy › Help & safety › Report a child safety concern, or email childsafety@industreet.tw.

Please do not screenshot, download or forward suspected child sexual abuse material. Possessing or sharing it may itself be illegal and harms victims again. Just report it and we will take it from there.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first (in Taiwan, call 110, or the 113 Protection Hotline).

04 How we handle CSAM

Child safety reports go to our highest-priority review queue and are handled by trained staff:

  • Restrict immediately: reported content is automatically restricted from view while it awaits human review.
  • Remove and ban: once confirmed, the content is removed and the accounts involved are permanently banned — within 24 hours of knowledge as required by Taiwan law, and we aim to act faster.
  • Prevent re-registration: the email address of a banned account is kept as an irreversible hash so it cannot be used to register again.
  • Preserve evidence: as required by Article 8 of Taiwan's Child and Youth Sexual Exploitation Prevention Act, related content, suspect data and usage records are preserved for 180 days, solely for judicial and police investigation. This data is kept for the full period even if the account is deleted.
  • Report: we report to the police and the Ministry of Health and Welfare's Sexual Image Processing Center in Taiwan. When we learn of a child victim, we notify the local competent authority within 24 hours under Article 7 of the same Act. Where users in other countries or regions are involved, we also report to local law enforcement.
  • Cooperate: we cooperate with lawful investigation and removal requests from courts, law enforcement and regulators.

To avoid interfering with investigations, we do not tell reported users why their account was reported or referred.

05 Age requirement

INDUSTREET is only for users aged 18 and over. A date of birth is required to register.

If you believe a user is under 18, report them using "Involves a minor (Child safety) › May be under 18". Accounts our reviewers determine to belong to a minor are suspended and deleted after 14 days. Account holders who believe the decision is wrong can appeal before deletion by emailing service@industreet.tw.
